- Stand tall and keep abdomen taut.
- Stand with feet together, hands at side, knees slightly bent and relaxed.
- Jump and spread legs, swinging arms upward, and touching them over the head.
- Return to start position with feet together and hands at sides.
2. Jumping Squats ( English Position)

Bend
Legs apart
Hands straight
Jump ……slowly increase height of jump
3 The Kangaroo Jump
The Kangaroo Jump is a great exercise for the legs. Children should stand feet together and back straight. They should bend their knees and bend both of their arms in front of their bodies. Their hands are dropped forward. Then, have them jump both feet in time with music.
